UPDATES

Panache - The Culture Show

A culmination of culture and beauty through the years, Saarang is, for the first time, all set to witness the arrival of its own Culture Show. Panache promises to be a stage for designers to showcase their skill and best designs, but with a twist. Teams must use the stage and prove to both the judges and audience that they are the clear winners. Participants must portray their themes through a variety of characters. They may use the stage in whatever way that they wish but must include all stage elements. On a whole, an onlooker must be able to grasp the ethnic culture that you are portraying.

Our Motivation

Design is often wrongly perceived, especially as a result of the general mass media, as something beyond the general public. However, design transcends this narrow definition, to become something every person does and interacts with on a daily basis. Panache aims to showcase this interaction in the Indian Ethnic scene. We hope that the event will raise interest and awareness regarding Indian Culture in a practical manner by bringing it close to the audience in a manner that they have not experienced before.

Cash prizes worth INR 30000 and awesome gift vouchers up for grabs!
