UPDATES

Variety Events

For some of us, doing just one thing at a time is not enough. Nor is it imperative that we be a master of one, when we can be a Jack of All Trades. No fixed formats, no boring rules, no rigid skill sets required- Variety Events are totally about spontaneity and being able to handle completely different challenges at the same time. You could say it’s almost like Calvinball; we make the rules up as we go. Note that we say only ‘almost’, for these events have seen their fair share of tight competitions over their years and this year shall be no different. Still, to kick things off, let’s play ball!

Antakshari – All those songs you shared on those long nights without electricity when you were growing up... well, just hope that they all come flooding back on the 4 days of Saarang, in full glare of the spotlight.

Cluedo – If you’ve ever read Sherlock Holmes and solved the case before he did... you should probably start a detective agency. Everyone else can come to Saarang Cluedo.

Whose Line – A take-off on the popular television show, Whose Line is the event where everything’s made up and the points don’t matter. That’s right, the points are like this description, they just don’t matter.

Potpourri – The definition of a mixed-bag event, this really is our version of Calvinball. As a wise man once said, "Expect the Unexpected".
