Unwind

For those of you who say “Hey, we get enough of competitions and winning and losing in our exams anyway, why would I come to Saarang and put myself through some more of the same?” we agree. So we put together our brilliant collection of events where you can just let go- mentally, spiritually, emotionally (No, it’s not an Art of Living course). In fact, we strongly recommend that you do leave your reasoning, logical part of the brain behind, and just keep your wits about. Oh, and bring loads and loads of enthusiasm. Whether it’s doing the Daily Quiz over a quick cuppa or running around our 400-acre campus looking for a Wooden Board with an ‘X’ mark, Unwind Events ensure you’ll never be short of activity any time of the day, throughout Saarang. Short of breath maybe, especially if you’ve run around as mentioned above, but hey, it’s all part of the game. Really!

Daily Quiz – It’s called Daily Quiz. Which means it happens Daily. And it’s a Quiz. Duh!

Daily Events – Slightly more ambiguous. ‘Events’ here might refer to any one or more of puzzles, Sudokus and Crosswords. Available at your friendly neighbourhood Hospi Desk.

Informals – “Oh My God, I never thought I’d do something like that” is the commonest reaction we get at the Informals Zone. And it runs throughout Saarang, 24 hours a day (well, slightly lesser maybe. Around 6)

Queen of Sheeba (Scavenger Hunt) – The quintessential Scavenger Hunt. A test of your inventiveness. And persuasiveness (especially when the items to be procured are of a... er... delicate nature).

Treasure Hunt – No, we’re not being cruel to animals. This is simply a Treasure Hunt – the kind where one clue leads to another, which leads to another, which leads to another...

Paintball – If you were around in the 1970s, you would use these to mark your cattle. Now, you’ll use them to shoot your friends. , Paintball is for you to just go ahead and have fun. Colour on!
