Does your band want to join the ranks of Slain, Junkyard Groove, Moksha, Medicis, Bhayanak Maut, Powder in the Ashtray, Pin Drop Violence, Panatella, and Nerverek? These are only few of the many bands that were catapulted into the big time simply by their riveting performances on the Decibels stage. Here’s an opportunity for you to own IIT’s famed Open Air Theatre and display those tight riffs, mind boggling solos and captivating showmanship in front of thousands.

Rules

1. There will only be one round.
2. Time Limit : 12 minutes + 3 minutes set-up time.
3. Three bands will be adjudged winners.
4. The winner will have the chance to open for the headlining professional band.
5. Bands may perform only in English.
6. A standard 5 piece drum-kit, mics, cables, and amplifiers will be provided. Participants must bring their own instruments.
7. One person cannot participate in more than one band on the same event.

Registration Procedure

Registration closes on 20th December. All bands must send in a demo track (audio/video/youtube link, etc.) by then, along with a list of credentials and past shows to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . All entries must be in English.
