When you come to Saarang, fun is the only thing that needs to be on your mind. For accommodation, food arrangements, registrations etc, we - the Hospitality ('Hospi', affectionately) Team- are at your disposal. It is our endeavor to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable while you enjoy Saarang 2006.

With floating numbers of around 10,000 people per day - some of them coming from as far as Delhi and Mumbai - the Saarang Hospi team plays a vital role in catering to their special requirements. We embark on our task from the instant you step in to Chennai, and work round the clock to ensure your comfort. We provide you transportation to and from IITM campus, and take care of your accommodation, food facilities at nominal charges. During Saarang, the Hospi team handles all the queries and event registrations in an organized and cordial manner.

We can help you better if you intimate us about your plans in advance, so that appropriate arrangements can be made. Also, due to limited resources, we may not be in a position to offer these facilities to all of our outstation participants. Therefore, we recommend that you register your team sufficiently in advance by providing us necessary details in order to avoid inconvenience.
